From my bra straps are never tight enough on my shoulders? What should I do?

I know it sounds silly, but the reality is this: I lose great support, I am quite busty and not as "naughty", so I rely on the support of the belt to lift em! When I pull on the straps and lift it by hand, it's like I just had the best boob job EVER! I have perfect cleavage and then I go and gravity, which takes its toll. Really, is the real question I should and I need to close a bold owner only to keep them! What can I do to fix this problem problem, I've even gone as far bind to both of my bra strap on the back together just to get the extra tightness. Ladies! I need your help with this bra problems!
