Shapewear under wedding dress?
I bought a satin, strapless A-line dress that middle part is fitted around the waist. What is the best shapewear to wear it? My main problem is my "belly" area. It is best to get a piece shapewear slip or a bra and a high waist Underwear? Also what is a good option for socks / stockings? I do not want a garter hosiery factory in one piece but sounds like it would in an argument in turn fuss. I have also seen thigh-high stockings. In any case, a consultation would be asked. Thank you! I agree that many Women who prefer not stockings / nylons. I am 24 and have worn stockings my whole life so far, except on hot days or when I just do not know how they feel. It seems much easier (and less annoying) to just skip them. I wear a long dress anyway. 
I thought the same thing for my dress. But, I carried a note with the tulle and netting under the skirt so that had a slimming effect and the corset I was wearing somehow kept things smooth. Be very careful about anything that is a piece you create in this dress all day and bathroom breaks will happen. It is difficult to get enough to dress up in all classes and then dealing with underwear. I had to use the washroom 3 times that day, and his every time it was me and 2 people to get the thing. Modesty went out the window! I have also decided to not wear stockings. I mean, who see each other anyway. They are enough in any case. There is concern, just another layer.
