How do you measure your bra size at home???

I need to know this cuz I can’t go to the mall all by my self so please tell a method measure my size.
Right now, at Justice I wear a size 32/M bra. I think those are just training bras. I want to know if I can wear a bra with hooks.

First of all, you need a measuring tape, and the measurements are taken with your shirt off, but bra on.

It’s better, and easier, to do this with someone’s help, so if you can get your mom or a close friend to help, it would be better, but otherwise, you can make do yourself. Just be sure to stand naturally and relaxed.

The first measurement you have to take is around your rib cage, right up under your breasts, right wear the band usually sits. This is your band size, with some brands you have to add five to this number and make sure it’s rounded up to the nearest even number, but with most it’s just the number you get from the tape.

The second measurement you take is around the fullest part of your breasts. The difference between this number and your band size indicates your cup size. If it’s one inch it’s an A, two inches a B, and so on so forth. For instance if the measurement under your breasts comes out to be 32, the measurement around your breasts comes out to be 33, then you would be a 32A cup.

You can also find instructions for bra size measurements at many online bra stores like www.victoriasecret.com or even the sizing charts at www.walmart.com will have them as well. They will lay out the way to measure for you as well and actually show you diagrams.
