How do you women do it? I just started wearing a bra for my gynecomastia and the damn thing is a pain!?

Seriously, how do you all do it?!?! I mean, between the straps falling off of my shoulders and the bra shifting up my chest, I don’t know which is more annoying! And yes, in case you are wondering, I am a guy. I have a pair of nice, B cup breasts (bra size 38B) and I felt that a bra was necessary, being that my boobs weren’t like your average man-boobs. They actually look like a woman’s boobs.

Unfortunately most of the solution to the problem is time. Eventually you will become use to having this “harness” on your body and will seldom realize that it is present. If the bra is riding up around the middle it may not be fastened tight enough or it may actually be too big for your chest. At first it will feel like it is crushing you but it has to be quite tight to stay where it belongs. You also say you are having problems with the straps falling off the shoulders. They need to be adjusted to where you feel just a little bit of a “lift” on the bra itself. I advise trying on many different sizes and brands. Maybe try a 36B or 36C. You may be surprised at the difference.

Bras are sized in two dimensions, called the band and the cup. A bra that is labeled as 36D, has a band size of 36 inches and a cup size D. But what does that mean for you?

There are significant differences in women's breast volume, shape, size and spacing. A woman at the breast may be more at Bottom, side or top, and this will affect the size is actually needed. Bra sizes are just a way to standardize these factors in fit a "close", not necessarily the right fit. Bras usually have adjustable hooks to allow the minor adjustments to fit a bra's.

It does not help that different countries have different systems of measurement with the European countries of choice for measuring in centimeters where, how, and England America choose inches.

So how do you determine the right bra size for you?

First, you should find a good material tape measure and remove any clothes. The first measurement you need to create is your band size – what is the chest measurement, and you should keep the measuring tape Place just under your bust and read the number of inches to the nearest inch. So if there is anything more than 30 measures call it 30, but if you closer to 31, then call to 31 inches. You should be in measuring the number one centimeter to the next round of 5cm.

If your measurement is an odd number, then add 5 inches to your Original measurement. If it was then add 4 inches. So if your initial measurement was 25 that makes your band size 30 inches, or if your initial measurement was 28 then your band size of 34 inches makes.

Second, you need to measure around the fullest part of your bust in the same way. Hold the tape measure, but not too close, to get an accurate reading. Stand straight with your arms at your side for a precise measurement – it can help someone else help you for this bit.

T-difference between the two measurements is then used to calculate the cup size. If the difference is less than 1 inch you are an AA cup, 1 inch difference would be an A-cup, 2 inch difference would make a B cup and so on up to 15 centimeters difference, would you make a K cup. Its worth noting that some manufacturers BH do not follow the standard size and call what should be an e cup a cup of DDD, but most keep to agreed standards.

Cup size is not Standard sizes of tape as it is a relative measurement. So a 34B is not the same cup size 38B than a 38AA. The general rule is the volume of a BH is the same when you go from a band size and cup size or down a band size and cup size.

This is the error most people make in choosing bras as they go for a cup size too small and too large a band size. Which do not support You are correct, nor will it make you look good. In the United Kingdom is the most common size is a 36C, but this (and you) over time , Amended to try and measure yourself once a year to ensure that you always wearing the right bra size.

Hi im not a complete freak whos bodies are obsessed with all my might that I have to lose it, I could do with one stone. Do you think my body sounds ok? If you saw me in a Club or the city you would think I was fat? Would you date someone this size? I think you were a little hard not obese. I would probably think of when you lost 10 pounds or a stone you would be amazing.
