Bra Fitting Help please!?

hi there. Every time I went to a bra shop (M & S or deb) I was recommended by their leadership that I 'm 32F. My measurements are bust 32in and 39.5in breasts. but the bra measuring sites on the Internet tells me another story, the 36D for example this http://www.royce-lingerie.co.uk/fitting_guide.php is. I've never tried a 36D but I guess the bra band is rising on my back. so what is right?

WOW I can with this HELP! I am exactly the same! Well, that may embarrassing, but at a bra shop called speciallist go "Bravissimo" I am a 32F in M & S, but they fit me from a 32GG (AAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!) but they feel much more like they fit.
